If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us within 14 days to file a claim. We will exchange the item as inventory allows and refunds may be granted as detailed below.
NOTE: Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. For jewelry products, tag can not be removed.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items
If your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours (email firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will correct the issue at our expense. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the entire cost of returned items, and cover return shipping expenses.
Other Eligible Returns
If you wish to return your purchase for any other reason, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the order. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. To initiate a return/exchange you must request a Return Authorization (RA) by emailing Sales@lilialessandra.com.
